30 day Preview: Previews are
limited to three (3) video tapes. You must provide a
school/institution purchase order, MasterCard, Visa or Discover
card number. You are responsible for the expense of returning
the preview copies via UPS or certified mail. If returned tapes
or written materials are lost or damaged in transit, you will be
held responsible for their cost. Failure to return tapes within
30 days will result in our billing your school/institution,
MasterCard, Visa or Discover card.
SDI Guarantee: If you are not
completely satisfied with all or part of your order, simply
return the merchandise to us within 30 days for a full refund.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Returns should be
packaged well, mailed via UPS or certified mail and arrive in
new condition. We will replace a defective video tape if we have
notice within 30 days of receipt, and the defective video tape
is returned to SDI. |
